For the easiest travel experience, we recommend flying into Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA) — just 20 minutes from the venue and close to all hotels. If you prefer more flight options, both Atlanta (ATL) and Nashville (BNA) offer larger selections.

Parking is available at the venue for those who prefer to drive. That said, ride-share options are limited out here, so if you plan on celebrating with a drink, we highly recommend hopping on the shuttle!

Expect highs in the mid-60s to mid-70s°F, with cooler evenings in the mid-40s to mid-50s°F. Spring will be in full bloom!

We'd love for you to arrive by 5:30 PM, giving you 30 minutes to settle in before the ceremony begins at 6:00 PM.

The ceremony will be outside on a hard, concrete surface. There will be a covered backup option in case there is rain.

We are excited to celebrate our ceremony outdoors and kindly ask that guests refrain from taking pictures during the event. We have a wonderful professional photographer who is capturing all of the special moments. Your presence means the world to us, and we hope you enjoy the moment as much as we do! 

We invite you to dress in your finest to match the elegance of our celebration. Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are welcome, though dark suits, cocktail dresses, or an upscale pantsuit are equally appropriate. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing white or pink to allow the wedding party and couple to stand out on this special day.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be taking place on hard surfaces. However, the parking lot and specific walking areas are gravel. We highly suggest wearing block heels, wedges, or other comfortable shoes.

We love your little ones, and while we are including children who are part of the wedding, we kindly ask that the celebration remain adult- only for all other guests. Thank you for understanding!
